The Nervous System Engine
for Human Performance.
Personalized nervous system training for elite athletes.
Your nervous system is constantly communicating. AIRE learns how to listen.
It turns physiological and wearable data into personalised, evidence-based guidance, helping athletes to regulate their nervous system, recover more effectively, and perform well under pressure.
Performance starts before performance.
An athlete’s physiological state is affected by training load, sleep, travel, recovery, competition pressure and life outside sport.
Wearables can show what has happened. However, data alone does not tell athletes what to do next.
AIRE bridges the gap between measurement and action, translating physiological insights into practical support for the moment ahead.
The AIRE Loop
Measure. Understand. Act. Learn.
-
Measure
Connect physiological signals from wearable technology with athlete feedback and relevant context.
-
Understand
Interpret the data to build a dynamic picture of the athlete’s current physiological and nervous system state.
-
Act
Deliver an evidence-based intervention matched to the athlete’s immediate state and objective.
-
Measure the response
Assess how the individual athlete responds before and after the intervention.
-
Adapt
Learn what works for that athlete and continuously improve future recommendations.
Not another wearable.
Athletes already have access to more data than ever before, including information on their heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, readiness, training load and recovery scores.
The challenge is no longer collecting information. It is knowing what to do with it.
AIRE works with existing physiological data and translates it into personalised actions. Rather than adding another score, AIRE helps athletes and performance teams decide what to do next and evaluate the outcome.
From monitoring to action.
From generic protocols to individual responses.
From more data to better decisions.
Even if two athletes show similar data, they may still need completely different things.
Physiological responses can vary between athletes, and even between an athlete's own responses from one day to the next. Factors such as training load, sleep, stress, travel and competition pressure can all influence what the body needs.
AIRE is designed to recognise these differences.
The goal is not to find one perfect protocol for every athlete. Rather, it is to understand what works for an athlete in a given state at a given moment.
Built for the individual.
One engine. Different performance needs.
-
Prime
Prepare the nervous system for training and competition.
-
Perform
Support focus, readiness and regulation under pressure.
-
Recover
Help the body transition from physical and mental load into recovery.
-
Sleep
Support downregulation and preparation for restorative sleep.
-
Travel
Manage the physiological disruption caused by travel, changing routines and competition schedules.
-
Mind
Develop practical skills for focus, emotional regulation and resilience.
Breath is the beginning.
Not the end.
Breathing provides a direct, accessible and trainable way to influence the autonomic nervous system. That makes evidence-based breathwork and functional breathing training an important foundation of AIRE.
But AIRE is not simply a breathwork app.
Our protocol system is designed to incorporate scientifically supported methods that help athletes regulate their physiological state, recover effectively and prepare for performance.
The intervention matters.
The individual response matters more.
For athletes
Know your state. Learn your system.AIRE helps athletes connect physiological data with how they feel and perform. Over time, they gain a clearer understanding of how their nervous system responds to training, recovery, sleep, stress and competition pressure.
The goal is not greater dependence on technology. It is better self-awareness supported by technology.
For performance teams
Individual physiology. Team-level intelligence.AIRE helps coaches and performance staff to understand the individual readiness, regulation and recovery needs of each athlete, without adding another layer of raw data.
See who may need recovery, activation or additional support, and discover which interventions work for each athlete over time.
Built on evidence.
Tested in performance.
AIRE is being developed at the intersection of physiology, neuroscience, breathing science, sports performance, and wearable technology.
An intervention should not be considered effective just because research suggests that it might work. We want to understand whether it works for individual athletes. This is why response measurement is central to the AIRE system.
Our initial proof-of-concept study is being conducted with elite Swiss footballers, integrating research and technology into training, recovery and competition.
Technology should deepen human understanding.
The next generation of performance technology will not be defined by how much data it collects. It will be defined by what it can learn about the individual, their context and their response.
AIRE is starting in elite sport, where performance margins are small and physiological demands are high. Our ambition reaches further: to build an adaptive nervous system layer for human performance.
Stop collecting data.
Start learning from it.
AIRE is developing the Nervous System Engine for the next generation of human performance.
It turns physiological signals into personalised actions for athletes, performance teams, and the environments that support them.
